I love and hate my Palm V. It took me a long time to get up the courage to ditch my paper planner, but I've been growing more and more dependent on the Palm. That's great except for all the glitches. I've had it lock up so it couldn't be turned off (would only time out). Now it won't synch at all, even though I've upgraded and reinstalled everything I can imagine, including Outlook. It's also impossible to mass delete items, you have to open them up one by one.
So think hard before you make the leap. I don't know if there are less glitch-prone handhelds, I just hope so.
