"Switched at Birth" follows two girls who, well, the title is self-explanatory. Also picked up: One-hour drama "The Nine Lives of Chloe King," about a girl who finds she has exceptional powers and someone wants her dead; And "The Great State of Georgia" starring Raven Symone in a half-hour comedy about a girl trying to make it in New York City. "Criminal Minds"fans, rejoice! It's finally confirmed that A.J. Cook is returning for one episode this spring as Jennifer "J.J." Jareau on the CBS show. [TVLine]
The"Burn Notice"prequel is underway and rounding out its cast. "The Gates'" Chandra West , "The Good Guys'" RonReaco Lee , "Lost's" Kiele Sanchez , and "Stargate's" John Diehl have joined the two-hour TV movie airing on USA Network this spring. [TVLine]
ABC has cast "Little Fockers" star Teri Polo and "Reno 911's" Mather Zickel in co-starring roles on its pilot, "Man Up!," which tries to explain what it takes to survive as a modern man. And HBO has nabbed "Stardust's" Charlie Cox for a recurring role on its Golden Globe and SAG Award-winning series, "Boardwalk Empire." [Deadline.com]

For Jan. 2011, Bravo reports a 60% increase in 18-49 year-olds and a 46% increase among total viewers over Jan. 2010. The numbers reflect the network's move to five days of programming, the continued success of its "Real Housewives" franchise and Andy Cohen's talk show, which grabbed 3.1 million viewers afterthe Atlanta finale.
