The Green Hornet showcased a ton of product placements.
The series-based film has its fair share of booze and cars. Sources claim that months before the movie began production, the role of Black Beauty—the coveted vehicle in the film—was auctioned of for a reported $35 million.
Apart from the coveted starring role of the car, there were also other makes and models in the film, including the brands Chevrolet, Cadillac, and Hummer. And Kato—played by the great Bruce Lee in the series—rolls in style with a custom Harley Davidson.
Also in the plot mix are numerous product placements of liquor. Characters are seen drinking Corona, Belvedere vodka, and Tsing-Tao.
